Youth Group Weight Training and
Access Acceleration is the place to improve your current fitness level
and ability to play consistently at a higher level and directly apply
it to your chosen sport. This class is designed to provide you strong
foundation to improve your overall athleticism by learning how to
move your body more efficiently and effectively. We place an emphasis
on the quality and differentiation of functional movement and not
specific muscles or how much weight you can lift. The aim of the class
is to improve flexibility, strength, coordination, and balance. We
also aim to provide a fun, caring, and supportive atmosphere in helping
you improve lifting mechanics while decreasing your risk of injury.
This class is designed for those 10-18 years of age. For more details

The investment is $15 per person per
session. Access Acceleration recommends at least 2 sessions per week
to significantly improve your athletic potential. Please see our Class
