Youth Basketball and Volleyball Jump Training Program
Access Acceleration’s jump higher program GUARANTEES an increase in your vertical jumping ability. This program will teach you how to leap higher and react quicker. Our staff will teach you how to target the correct muscles and muscle fiber types that are responsible for power. We will combine Dynamic Weight Training Techniques with appropriate Plyometric Training to increase your jumping ability. The average volleyball player will leave the ground between 100-150 times per game, and it will be slightly less for the average basketball player. Thus, a better vertical jump equals a better game!

The best part about Access Accelerations Jump Training is that it will work for any sport that requires a powerful lift or push from the ground.
