Adult Group Weight Training and
Access Acceleration is the place to start a fitness program or give
your current program a jump-start! We approach fitness with a lifelong
approach and address all aspects of the sport of life. This class
is designed to provide you with a strong educational component of
how your body works in the day-to-day challenges of movement. We place
an emphasis on the quality and differentiation of functional movement
and not specific muscles or how much weight you can lift. The aim
of the class is to improve flexibility, strength, coordination, and
balance. We also aim to provide a fun, caring, and supportive atmosphere
in helping you ramp up your metabolism and decrease your risk of injury.

The investment is $15 per person per
session. Access Acceleration recommends at least 2 sessions per week
to significantly improve your athletic potential. Please see our Class
