Adult Fitness Boot Camp
Access Acceleration Boot Camp is a safe, fun, and comprehensive group exercise program that will combine strength, speed, endurance, flexibility, and balance that will lead to a general fitness or athletic level you've never reached before. We will empower and motivate all participants to take their fitness to the next level in a comfortable, supportive, and welcoming environment. No one is left behind. The primary goal of the program is protecting and improving your health. We have extensive experience working with and bringing clients back from injuries as well as improving their fitness and athletic level.

Access Acceleration Boot Camp will help you lose weight, and feel great! Some expected results when you complete camp are: 3-5% reduction in body fat, 5-10 pounds weight loss 25% improvement in strength, better relaxation, 1-3 inch decrease in mid-section, 25% improvement in endurance, greatly improved posture, enhanced mental focus, and a 100% gain in self-confidence!

Acceleration Boot Camp will provide a structured workout program that will include: calisthenics, short distance running or walking, various types of resistance training, jump roping, obstacle courses, agility and power drills, sports drills, medicine ball work, partner drills, sport yoga, surprises and much more.
